Woody Creek Rye, Sweet Vermouth & a splash of Leopold Bros Michigan Tart Cherry built over ice. Strained & served up or on the rocks with cured cherry garnish.
Choice of either Leopold Bros Summer Gin or Spring 44 Vodka, built Cherry Creek dirty or East Colfax dirty. Served up or on the rocks & garnished with an olive... or two?
Dr. Ben's Old Fashioned
Breckenridge Bourbon, a touch of soda water & a sugar cube soaked with bitters muddled with a slice of orange and cherry, stirred & served on the rocks.
The Patty (House Cosmopolitan)
Multiple limes muddled with a wedge of lemon & orange. Spring 44 Vodka, Cointreau & a splash of lemon-lime soda, sweet & sour & cranberry juice. Served up garnished with lime zest.
Gimlet (Tim Cooper of Spring 44 Vodka)
Spring 44 Vodka, splash of Dry Vermouth, cucumber slices & the juice of fresh limes with a touch of simple syrup. Shaken & strained served up or on the rocks with a cucumber garnish.
